An environmental sculpture with a striking visual presence,
the SoundscapesWind Harp is also a piece of living acoustic art
that serves to beautify, harmonize and uplift all who share its
presence. Our Wind Harps are designed around geometric forms recognized
by the ancient science of Sacred Geometry
as the basis of matter.

The clean, contemporary lines of the Soundscapes Wind Harps, such
as the 14 foot tall Ron Elliot Memorial at the Port of San
Diego (pictured on the right) blend well with many modern
architectural styles, and provide a striking addition, both visually
and sonically, to any landscape design. Click here to view other public installations.
The Sacred Geometries used in the Soundscapes Wind Harp also
create a framework to accurately transmit harmonic sound
through the strings as they interact with wind. Though most
observers may not be aware of the principles involved, our
innate sense of beauty responds to the ratios of these geometries,
and to the intervals of tones generated by the harmonically-tuned
strings.
Soundscapes International is also able to offer the option of
a multi-harp installation known as the Sound Garden. The Sound
Garden is based on the complex interaction of several Wind Harps
placed in close proximity to one another, within a fully-landscaped
environment which, like the Harps, is based on the principles
of Sacred Geometry.
